We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, that’s why we work to deliver your order as soon as possible respecting delivery times. However, this excludes launch periods, promotions in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.

To find out when your order will be shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order. If you place your order on a business day before 12:00 noon, you may receive it the next business day, otherwise, the delivery time is increased by one more day. On weekends or holidays at our logistics center, shipments are handled on the next business day.

How does the shipment work and what to do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the doorway or the housing compound. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation delivering to your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at order@red-turtle-903830.hostingersite.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help in any way necessary.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, customs clearance may involve opening the order.

Can I receive my order in the time zone of my choice?

You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in the comments box for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we are aware that they do their best to deliver within the specified schedule, it may be difficult for them to do so depending on the carrier’s route.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you check the address indicated when placing your orders to ensure that the data is correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without incurring additional shipping costs. If you detect any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at order@red-turtle-903830.hostingersite.com. This can also increase the delivery delay by an additional 24 to 48 hours. Don’t forget to check all the fields!
