1. The User has a right of withdrawal by which you may contact Diana Bonmatí, hereinafter the HOLDER, via email through the email hola@red-turtle-903830.hostingersite.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the product. The User must return the product within a maximum period of three (3) days from the time the HOLDER indicates the method of return.
2. The withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the item once the HOLDER has received the item and its packaging in perfect condition and provided that its use did not go beyond the verification of the good condition and operation of this.
3. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the User, using the original packaging to avoid possible damage. If so desired, the User may contact the OWNER to request the processing of the collection with your trusted carrier, upon payment of the actual cost of such shipment.
4. The company shall be liable for any non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The User shall report the non-conformity within a maximum period of two weeks after becoming aware of it.
5. In case of defective product, the OWNER will proceed to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. These procedures shall be free of charge for the User.
